Health and Safety Advisor

Health and Safety Advisor London | £60,000 + Excellent Benefits Irwin and Colton have been engaged to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor by a specialist contractor who operate on bespoke fit-out and refurbishment projects in London and surrounding areas. The organisation has a turnover of over £50 million, and are looking at expanding the health and safety team due to company growth. Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor will include: Engaging across the sites, implementing health and safety policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and developing contractors Assist with training, toolbox talks, inductions and investigating incidents where required Assisting with audits and inspections of the site, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on the findings The successful Health & Safety Advisor will have: Experience in a similar role ideally from within construction or related industry Minimum of a NEBOSH General or Construction (or equivalent) Excellent communications skills and ability to work well with a wide range of people Drive and enthusiasm with the ability to promote a positive Health and Safety culture This is a great opportunity grow and develop your career as the business grows.
