Be part of a global team shaping the next era of secure computing where innovation, ownership, and impact go hand in hand.We are looking for a Compiler Engineer to join our Embedded Software team and be part of realizing a whole new paradigm in semiconductors and microprocessor design. The role will involve developing and enhancing our LLVM compiler to support cutting edge new technologies and concepts that Codasip are bringing to the market.The scope of the work is broad, varied, and technically challenging and will include:Customizing and optimizing LLVM to support Codasip’s standard and customized embedded CPU cores. As well as supporting our standard RISC-V cores, this work will involve enhancing the compiler to work with custom hardware extensions or even completely new processor architectures developed using our Studio EDA tool.Supporting the Embedded Software team engineers with compiler expertise to help optimize software.Supporting the processor design teams with compiler expertise to guide their microarchitectural design and optimization.Exploring compiler technology to support novel compute architectures and technologies.Working with the Codasip Studio EDA tool compiler team to improve the tool’s compiler.The role demands flexibility and lateral thinking. You will be working on both short-term customer-driven projects, as well as longer-term strategic Codasip software products.You will act as a software technical expert within the company and will be expected to contribute expert advice to both internal and external customers.
