Job Title: Head of School Location: High Wycombe Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on qualifications & experience) Overview: To operationally manage the performance of the school, through close relationships with other members of the Senior and Wider Leadership Teams by ensuring that the school is always inspection-ready through an outstanding provision and all statutory requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Have and create high expectations of staff and students. Provide senior support to staff in all aspects of behaviour management. Promote and secure a range of high quality extra-curricular activities within the school. Contribute to a positive ethos for learning. Undertake such reasonable activities as the Head Teacher, and leadership teams may, from time to time, require. Secure assessment and attainment tracking to inform teaching and learning.
