The Role We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team and act as a trusted advisor across the business. You will play a key role in driving performance through insightful analysis, constructive challenge, and decision support, partnering closely with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability and support strategic objectives. Business Partnering & Insight * Build a deep understanding of business performance drivers and influence key decisions * Provide clear analysis of historic, current, and forecast financial performance * Challenge assumptions and support better decision-making across sales, pricing, cost, and margin * Partner with teams to drive improvements in profitability, cash conversion, and operational efficiency Performance & Reporting * Deliver monthly performance insight, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities * Own revenue, order intake, and margin reporting * Provide analysis on manufacturing performance (labour, materials, overheads, capacity) * Support management accounts, forecasting, and group reporting Financial Planning & Control * Support budgeting and forecasting processes * Develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities * Strengthen financial controls and improve data quality * Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes About You You’re a commercially curious finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business to drive real impact.
