Residential Conveyancer Gloucester | Hybrid Working | £45,000 - £55,000 DOE GMP Recruitment are proud to be supporting a highly respected Gloucester based law firm in the recruitment of an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. We are looking for truly passionate and self-motivated individuals who can build upon and directly contribute to the continued success of the business. The Opportunity The successful candidate will report to the Directors, managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work whilst supervising and developing junior members of staff. Strong client relationship skills are essential to meet the needs and expectations of clients and ever-growing introducer base, who always expect a high level of professional service. Whilst a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer) would be desirable, we can also consider non-qualified conveyancers. Candidate Requirements To be considered, applicants should possess: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience running a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters. * Strong knowledge and technical experience of: * Residential conveyancing across the full range of sale, purchase and remortgage matters. * Leasehold and lease extension work. * Transfers of Equity * New build * SDLT requirements, including relevant reliefs and exemptions, in residential conveyancing matters. * Dealing with unregistered properties. * The impact of restrictions and cautions lodged against a property and how these might be removed. * Salary & Benefits Our client offers an excellent package including: * Competitive salary up to £55,000 * Hybrid working (home and office) * Nine-day fortnight flexible working scheme (available after probation period) * 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Additional day off for your birthday * Additional annual leave for long service, including a one-month fully paid sabbatical * Monthly employee recognition awards * Flexible Holiday Scheme * Life Assurance * Health Care Cash Plan * Enhanced maternity and paternity pay About Our Client Our client only focusses on residential property work and are true experts in their field.
