Education requirements: A University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field Experience: 5+ years relevant software engineering and development experience Proactive attitude with great communications skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to work well with people are essential Essential Criteria: 5+ years in a DBA / platform role OLAP experience MergeTree family design, partitioning, TTLs, materialised views, Distributed tables and sharding ETL/ELT pipeline design and operation; batch + near-real-time Parquet and object storage (Azure Blob or S3) as a query tier Query performance tuning and capacity planning Strong SQL; PostgreSQL competence Desired Criteria: Clickhouse production experience at billions-of-rows scale Azure specifics: managed identity, Private Link, storage account patterns Lambda-style speed/batch architectures; re-runnable partitions Security event or observability data domains Statistical functions in ClickHouse (quantiles, entropy, windowed aggregates) System Integration Agile development Company Benefits: Pension scheme.
