Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Hybrid: Turn2us London Hub (Farringdon) & homeworking.

About the roleAs Senior Partnerships Officer, youll help us build and support relationships with organisations that use and embed Turn2us tools and information within their own user journeys like Independent Age, GMCA, Christians Against Poverty and Trussell. Youll work closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager to both identify new partners and support existing partners, helping them get the most from working with us. Youll also make sure they have the information, skills and support they need.
Youll be a key contact for our partnership network and will also help us keep our CRM/database records up to date. By listening to partners and sharing what you learn with colleagues across Turn2us, youll help us improve our partnership offer and make it easier for more people experiencing financial insecurity to access support.
About youYoull be a confident communicator and relationship builder, with experience of working with partners or external stakeholders in the charity or public sector. Youll be comfortable organising and facilitating meetings and workshops, both online and in person, and able to manage a busy workload with competing priorities.
Youll also be confident using CRM or database systems and keeping information accurate and up to date. A good understanding of GDPR and data sharing is important, as is being comfortable working or learning how to work with video, newsletters and different digital products like Google Analytics or Mailchimp. Were looking for someone who is practical, approachable and collaborative, and who cares about building strong partnerships that help people experiencing financial insecurity get the support they need.
We offer flexible working patterns, both in terms of hours and remote working. Please note that all employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 1 day a week. xwzovoh
