Tenancy Progressor – Manchester City Centre Monday to Friday | 9am–5pm | No Weekends £25,000–£27,000 + Bonus + Commission (Circa £35k OTE)  A fast-growing, modern lettings and property management business is looking for an organised and detail-focused Tenancy Progressor to join their Manchester city centre team. The Role Managing the tenancy process from offer agreed through to move-in Coordinating referencing, compliance checks and tenancy documentation Working closely with lettings, finance and property management teams Ensuring smooth, compliant and on-time move-ins What We’re Looking For Experience in tenancy progression, lettings administration or residential property Good understanding of UK lettings compliance Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator who can manage multiple tenancies at once What’s on Offer £25,000–£27,000 salary + bonus + commission Manchester city centre office location Structured processes and supportive team environment Genuine opportunity to grow with an expanding property business For more information or to apply confidentially, get in touch.
