School Effectiveness Lead (Standards & Inclusion) I'm looking for a School Effectiveness Lead (Standards & Inclusion) to join a Local Authority in the North West. £500 per day - Inside IR35 North West Local Authority Interim contractThe role will lead strategic school improvement, standards and inclusion, working closely with Headteachers, school leaders and wider Local Authority services. You'll be responsible for: Providing support and challenge to school leaders Leading school improvement activity Driving educational standards and outcomes Strategic leadership across inclusion and education Analysing educational performance data Leading and managing a School Effectiveness team Supporting leadership, SENCO and curriculum development Overseeing Alternative Provision and wider inclusion initiatives(Previous senior school leadership and/or Local Authority school improvement experience is essential.)
