Financial Accountant – Part Qualified

- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare and post journals, accruals and prepayments as part of the month-end process.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Analyse financial performance, identifying variances and providing commentary.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide financial information and support decision-making.
- Assist with cash flow reporting and monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and controls.
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc analysis and projects. About You
- Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, actively working towards completing your qualification.
- Previous experience in an Assistant Management Accountant, Assistant Accountant or similar finance role.
- Good understanding of management accounts and month-end processes.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial information.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues across a business.
