This team plays a critical role in supporting customers through the claims journey with empathy, fairness and expertise.You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where continuous improvement, professional development and customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do. Every claim represents a significant life event for our customers, making the quality of your decisions and customer interactions essential to delivering the right outcomes.As a Health Claims Assessor, you'll: Assess health insurance claims accurately and fairly in line with policy terms, authority limits and regulatory requirements.Manage a portfolio of claims, making informed decisions using medical and policy information while meeting service standards and timescales.Support customers throughout the claims journey, providing clear communication, empathy and guidance across telephone and other channels.Maintain high standards of quality, risk management and compliance across all claim assessments.Mentor and support the development of less experienced colleagues by sharing technical expertise and best practice.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and team performance.Why Lloyds Banking GroupIf you think all banks are the same, you’d be wrong.
