Maintenance Operative Location: Kings Lynn Shifts: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm or 07:30am to 4pm, 40 hours per week Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Operative to support the preparation and refurbishment of modular buildings prior to hire. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy practical work and are keen to develop basic maintenance skills within a supportive team environment Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare modular units internally and externally Carry out basic painting of cabin exteriors using rollers and brushes Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks Assemble, move, and clean furniture as required Remove internal fittings prior to refurbishment work Work alongside and support skilled tradespeople in various maintenance activitiesRequirements Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions Ability to carry out physical tasks in a safe and efficient manner Basic maintenance or labouring experience is desirable but not essentialBenefits Sociable working hours (Monday to Friday) Overtime paid at time and a half Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing industryIf you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website
