Production Operative

T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client based in Coalville on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Our client is a leader within the manufacturing industry and due to a period of growth are looking to expand their team. Due to the nature of their products, you will be working within a controlled environment so will be required to wear full PPE for the duration of your shift. Production Operative Job Details and Benefits; * £12.71 per hour * Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm * Weekly pay * Full PPE provided * Onsite canteen facilities * Free tea and coffee * Free onsite parking Production Operative Responsibilities; * Running an injection molding machine * Basic button pressing * Loading/unloading material * Quality checking and inspecting molded products * Working within a controlled environment * Adhering to strict health and safety procedures * Completing paperwork * Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment * Completing any other duties as necessary Production Operative Person Specification; * Strong attention to detail * Knowledge of a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential as full training is given * Confident manner * Ability to work to deadlines * Good knowledge of written English is essential If you are looking to join a small, friendly team then please contact T&K Associates today for more information
