About Us:
Component Process and Repair Limited (CPR) is an Aerospace Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Organization that utilises it experience, specialised processes and technical capability to overhaul, repair, or process components for the aerospace industry, industrial gas turbine industry and commercial engineering. The Company has successfully provided this service since 1992 and is owned by CENTRAX Limited located in Newton Abbot, Devon.

The Company is now seeking to expand its Quality team with a competent Quality Compliance Lead with significant auditing experience who is able to manage an extensive internal audit program.

The position will also have responsibility for the ongoing development and integrity of the Company’s digital Business Management and Calibration System. The role will be of specific interest to those seeking a structured career path and progression in Quality Management, including managerial and people responsibilities.

Suitable candidates must:

* Demonstrate extensive experience, knowledge, and understanding in applying ISO9001, ISO9110, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, CAA Part-145, and NADCAP standards.

* High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications is a must. Advanced knowledge and practical, hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams applications will be an advantage as the incumbent will use these collaborative tools to streamline workflows, manage digital documents, and support seamless internal communication across the organization.

The Quality Compliance Lead will be creative, highly motivated, enquiring, and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire others. They are self-starters who routinely use their own initiative to proactively problem solve and implement robust solutions whilst maintaining operational process integrity with rigorous compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

* Degree, HND or HNC in a manufacturing, quality or operations related discipline

* IRCA Certified or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

Professional Membership

* CQI (Chartered Quality Institute)
