Investigate customer issues and provide timely updates through to resolution.
Work with relevant internal teams to gather information and resolve queries efficiently.
Manage customer communications in a professional and consistent manner.
Identify recurring customer concerns and share relevant feedback with the wider team.
Maintain accurate customer details to support reliable service and communication.Profile

A successful 'Customer Care Advisor' should have:

Experience handling customer enquiries by phone and email.
Ability to communicate clearly and provide practical information to customers.
Confidence recording customer details and updating enquiry records accurately.
Ability to investigate queries and follow actions through to completion.
Experience working with colleagues to resolve customer issues.

Permanent Customer Care Advisor position in Horley.
Salary of £30,000 to £31,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Working hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
25 days' holiday plus statutory holidays.
Gatwick facility location.
