Insulator / Sheet Metal Worker

We're looking for experienced Industrial Insulators / Sheet Metal Workers to join a major industrial project in Oldhall, Irvine, on an immediate-start basis expected to run until approximately the end of the year. This role pays £40-£42 per hour, installing and maintaining insulation systems on industrial equipment and carrying out sheet metal work to protect and secure insulation to a high standard. Responsibilities and duties of the Industrial Insulator / Sheet Metal Worker role You will be responsible for: Installing and repairing insulation on industrial pipework, vessels, tanks and boilers Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Fabricating and installing sheet metal cladding to protect insulation Carrying out quality checks and rectifying any defects where required Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: Valid TICA card (essential) Personal skills and prior experience The Industrial Insulator / Sheet Metal Worker role would suit someone who has: Previous experience as an Industrial Insulator / Sheet Metal Worker Good knowledge of industrial insulation materials and installation methods Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and a positive team attitude Salary and benefits of the Industrial Insulator / Sheet Metal Worker role £40-£42 per hour Immediate start available Contract expected to run until approximately the end of the year Opportunity to work on a major industrial project with a well-established contractorAstute People are acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
