Pay Rate: £13ph - £14ph
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Monday to Thursday 08:30am - 4pm and Friday 08:30am - 2pm

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Lab Technician to join a busy industrial site based in Hyde. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career prospects for reliable and hardworking candidates.

The role involves operating and maintaining machinery as part of the production process, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring machinery safely and efficiently
• Setting up machinery and ensuring it is running correctly
• Making basic machine adjustments where required
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Working to production targets and deadlines
• Loading raw materials into machines and handling finished goods
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health & safety procedures at all times
• Reporting any faults or issues with machinery promptly
• Supporting other areas of production when required
