Project Manager – Design & Build Contractor Essex | £75,000 + Car / Travel Allowance An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing and highly regarded Design & Build Contractor based in Essex. This is a genuinely varied role offering the chance to oversee projects from pre-construction through to delivery, working on schemes typically ranging from £1m–£5m across a diverse portfolio. The business is known for its collaborative, social culture and is looking for an ambitious, hands-on individual who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle. The Role -Managing projects from inception to completion -Supporting and contributing during the pre-construction phase -Coordinating design, commercial and site teams -Client-facing role with regular stakeholder management -Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget -Travelling to projects as required The Ideal Candidate -Proven experience delivering D&B construction projects -Comfortable being an “all-rounder” and taking ownership -Strong communication and organisational skills -Commercially aware with a proactive approach -Willing to travel for projects when required -Looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive and ambitious business What’s on Offer -Salary circa £75,000 -Car allowance / travel allowance -Exciting pipeline of projects -Friendly and social company culture -Genuine opportunity for progression and autonomy -Exposure to both pre-construction and delivery phases -A fantastic opportunity for a driven Project Manager looking to join a forward-thinking contractor with an excellent culture and strong pipeline of work.
