The RoleWe are seeking a Multi-Asset Investment Product Management Specialist to join our growing Multi-Asset & Adviser Solutions Team in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an investment professional with strong product management expertise and a passion for multi-asset investing.In this role, you will help drive and support Vanguard's multi-asset product category, collaborating with investment professionals, sales teams, marketing partners, and senior stakeholders across the business. You will play a key role in supporting client engagements, shaping product positioning and thought leadership, delivering strategic research projects, and ensuring the continued health and competitiveness of our product offering.The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, acting as a subject matter expert for Vanguard's multi-asset solutions.In this role you will Provide investment support and product expertise to sales teams across EuropeParticipate in client meetings, webinars, and marketing events, representing our multi-asset investment offeringRespond to investor enquiries and support client-facing teams with market and product insightsDevelop and maintain comprehensive competitor research and product analysisMonitor industry trends and evolving investment solutions to identify opportunities and risksProduce regular reports and insights on product performance, market developments, and competitor positioningConduct analysis supporting strategic initiatives across the multi-asset product rangePrepare and present recommendations, business cases, and research findings to senior managementContribute to shaping the future direction of the product lineupSupport the development of thought leadership, investment content, and product positioning materialsBuild and maintain deep expertise across the multi-asset landscape, industry developments, and the broader investment ecosystemLead and support product reviews, fund initiatives, and strategic projects from inception through implementationDefine project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring milestones are metContribute to fund governance forums and product health monitoring processesMaintain accurate documentation and ensure strong governance practicesDevelop strong working relationships across investment, sales, marketing, legal, product development, and international teamsPartner with colleagues globally to share best practices and support strategic prioritiesSupport the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), due diligence questionnaires, and bespoke client requestsProvide investment content and data to support business growth initiativesWhat it takesProven experience in product management, investment strategy, or a related fieldStrong understanding of investment markets, asset allocation, and multi-asset investment solutionsDemonstrated experience managing complex projects and working with multiple stakeholdersExcellent analytical, presentation, communication, and relationship management skillsUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceSpecial FactorsVanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this positionThis is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)Please note that we review applications on a rolling basis and may close this role early if there is a high level of interest.
