Client Payroll Manager

About the Role As a Payroll Manager, you'll take ownership of processing for Bureaus and head office teams. You'll also get hands-on exposure to a variety of duties - from onboarding and employee record management to ensuring all benefits and pensions have been covered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop a broader career in a Bureau industry within a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees. Manage payroll changes including new starters, leavers, and contract amendments. Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation, pensions, and statutory payments. Reconcile payroll reports and liaise with Finance for payment approvals. Maintain employee records in the Sage Payroll and ensure data accuracy. End to end processing for a portfolio of clients What You'll Bring Previous experience in a sole payroll position Experience within the clients and bureau background A good understanding of payroll legislation and best practice. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel Experience working end to end dealing with all queries Good communicator What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
