Associate Structural Engineer

Associate Structural Engineer London £80k-£85k plus benefits We are working with a boutique engineering firm in Central London who are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Associate Structural Engineer to join a growing team. This is an opportunity for a Chartered Structural Engineer with at least 10 years' UK consultancy experience who is ready to take on greater technical, commercial and leadership responsibility. The successful candidate will lead structural projects from inception through to completion, provide technical direction, mentor engineers and technicians, develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice. For the right individual, there is a genuine pathway to Director, making this an exciting opportunity for someone whose long-term aspirations include senior leadership and helping shape the future direction of a successful boutique consultancy. Chartered status and a minimum of 10 years' UK consultancy experience are essential. This is an office-based role in Central London.
