L/Derry Salary Open to discussion This is your opportunity to join a leading commercial construction company who due to continued success are seeking for a Construction Buyer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis Reporting to the Procurement Manager you will Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials Manage the delivery of all material & plant to site Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.

Build, manage & maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, other construction professionals including site operatives.

Identify and select reliable suppliers / contractors for live projects Ensuring all materials meet required technical specifications and quality standards.

Work to ensure all supplier invoices are cleared for payment in a timely manner Perform daily, weekly and monthly checks to ensure all paperwork is up to date, Other adhoc duties About you + 2 years of procurement, sourcing or buying experience in construction sector.

Proven track record in negotiating high-value contracts and cost reduction strategies. xwzovoh

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
