About the Job Role

As a Roadworker 4, you will undertake individually or mainly as part of a team, the maintenance and construction of roads and drains providing general support and assistance as required.

You will have a flexible attitude to work, be a good communicator and be willing to learn various construction skills.

Previous experience in the construction industry, roads maintenance and drainage is desirable but not essential.

You will have the ability and willingness to participate in a standby rota and to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

A Category B Driving Licence or equivalent entitlement to drive in Great Britain is essential.

You will also be paid:

Standby Payment - £.16 per week when on standby

Our services include catering, cleaning, roads maintenance, winter and emergency response, vehicle maintenance, quarry materials and a Signshop.
