Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on food and drink manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and optimise operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer.
- Strong electrical bias with excellent knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and PLCs.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Familiarity with modern maintenance techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices in an industrial setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Qualifications:
- A relevant engineering apprenticeship
- Electrical certifications - level 3
