As part of this expansion, their market leading non contentious Construction team is seeking an Associate to join their Bristol office.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the most respected non contentious construction practices in the country. The team advises on major development and regeneration schemes, high rise and mixed use projects, ESG driven redevelopment, innovative procurement models, and the evolving building safety landscape. They also have a standout reputation for their work on data centres and digital infrastructure projects, acting for developers, operators and institutional investors on technically complex, high value schemes.You will work closely with recognised experts in the field, providing strategic, commercially focused advice across the full lifecycle of construction and real estate development matters. The work will include negotiating construction contracts (including JCT amendments), professional appointments and warranties, advising on development agreements, and delivering construction due diligence on significant real estate transactions. You'll also support clients in managing construction risk, navigating legislative change and ensuring projects meet commercial, technical and sustainability objectives.About YouThe ideal candidate will bring:Around 1-2 years' PQE gained at a leading international, national or strong regional firmSolid non contentious construction experience within the development sectorStrong drafting skills, excellent communication and the confidence to advise clients clearly and pragmaticallyThe ability to manage a varied, high quality workload with independence and attention to detailA collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working as part of a high performing, "one team" cultureThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise and work on some of the most interesting and complex construction projects in the market.In ReturnYou'll join a firm known for its progressive culture, high quality work and commitment to professional development.
