Housekeeping Team Member

Part-Time Housekeeper (3 days per week) Job Title: Housekeeper Reports To: Operations Manager Job Purpose To maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment by carrying out a range of cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry duties in a private residence. The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas. Key Responsibilities Clean all areas of the main residence any offices, and communal areas. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces. Change bed linen and make beds where required. Wash, dry, iron, and store laundry and linens. Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other household or workplace items. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly. Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the Homeowners and their family members. Complete deep cleaning activities as scheduled. Person Specification Essential Requirements Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred. Good attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Good communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks. Desirable Requirements Experience in a hotel, healthcare or residential, setting Skills and Competencies High standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Strong organisational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Flexibility and willingness to assist with additional duties when required. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Working Conditions May involve standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive physical tasks. Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required depending on the environment.
