Complex Personal Injury Solicitor | Leading Specialist Firm
An established and highly regarded leading PI practice is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its specialist claimant team based
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong claimant Personal Injury experience to take ownership of a varied caseload of industrial disease matters while also supporting senior colleagues on complex, high value claims. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of moderate to high value claimant Personal Injury matters, ensuring claims are progressed efficiently and in accordance with procedural and funding requirements. Alongside running your own files, you will assist partners and senior solicitors on more complex, high value litigation.
The role will involve:
- Managing a caseload of claimant industrial disease and Personal Injury matters from inception through to conclusion.
- Investigating medical evidence and applying it effectively to support clients' claims.
- Supporting partners on complex and high value litigation.
- Managing files in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Monitoring financial performance, including WIP, billing and profitability.
- Mentoring junior fee earners and supporting their development.
- Delivering exceptional client care throughout the lifecycle of each matter.
About You
Applications are welcomed from solicitors who have:
- A current unrestricted practising certificate.
- Strong claimant Personal Injury litigation experience, ideally at Grade A level.
- Experience handling high quality EL and PL claims.
- Excellent litigation and case management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive approach with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding client care and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage financial performance across a caseload.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous.
