Role: Storage and Server Engineer Clearance: SC Cleared Location: Newport OR Portsmouth (Hybrid) Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35) Contract: 6 months Start Date: June 2026 Overview We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with strong skills in storage, backup, and virtualisation technologies to support a secure enterprise environment.

The role will involve maintaining and optimising critical infrastructure services, with a particular focus on storage platforms and backup solutions.

Key Responsibilities Manage and support enterprise storage environments, ensuring availability and performance Configure and maintain backup and recovery solutions Support virtualisation infrastructure and related storage integration Provide general infrastructure support across Windows and Linux server environments Key Skills & Experience NetApp ONTAP / StorageGRID (Volumes, Aggregates, SnapMirror, SnapVault, CIFS/NFS configuration, quotas) Veeam Backup & Replication Veeam ONE monitoring SAN / SAN Fabric technologies VMware storage (VMFS, NFS, vVols) Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
