HR Advisor (Part-time)Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a part-time opportunity with a broad generalist remit?

I'm currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join an established organisation in Belfast, supporting employees and managers across NI, GB and ROI.

The RoleThis is a varied HR role covering a broad range of generalist activity, including:

Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employeesManaging end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and probationSupporting employee relations including disciplinary, grievance and performance casesPreparing contracts, letters and HR documentationAdvising on HR policies and employment legislationSupporting payroll and employee benefitsMaintaining accurate HR records and reportingCoordinating training and development activitySupporting the improvement of a new HRIS & LMSContributing to engagement, wellbeing and wider HR initiativesAbout YouCIPD or relevant qualificationPrevious, recent HR experienceStrong knowledge of UK and/or NI employment lawSolid employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance and performance managementGood generalist HR knowledgePrivate sector experience within a fast-paced environmentExperience using an HRISStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailThe ability to manage sensitive situations professionally and confidentiallyThe Benefits£32,000-£34,000 FTEPermanent, part-time roleEnhanced annual leaveAttractive benefits packageExcellent opportunities for development and progression
