CNC Turner – Contract (Inside IR35) Location: Sheffield Shifts: Various shifts available Contract Length: 3 months Pay: £30.00 – £33.00 per hour (shift‑dependent) Agency: Actio Recruitment Actio Recruitment are supporting a precision engineering business in the Sheffield area who require an experienced CNC Turner on a contract basis (inside IR35). The Role You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls, producing high‑quality components to tight tolerances. Duties include: * Setting and operating CNC turning machines * Editing offsets and making adjustments at the machine * Working from technical drawings * Carrying out in‑process inspection * Maintaining production output across your allocated shift About You We’re looking for someone with: * Strong CNC turning experience * Confident use of Fanuc controls * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * A reliable, professional approach suited to a busy machine shop Contract Details * Inside IR35 * 3‑month contract with potential for extension * £30–£33 p/h, depending on shift * Multiple shift patterns available For more information apply here and one of our team will be in contact.
