Welcome to another Prestigious Vacancy for RCCN We are currently looking to employ a Cleaning Supervisor at Callerton AcademyNE5 4JQ 15hrs per week 12.00-to 8-00pm Full Job Description The Purpose We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor You will need to be an organised and energetic individual with proven leadership skills as well as passion for cleaning and people.

35hrs per week Key Accountabilities Take responsibility for the management and development of cleaning contracts within your designated area Work with and support our clients and team members in the day-to-day service we delivery.
Maximize contract through the delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service.
Communicate effectively with the client, staff and head office teams.
Ensure staff retention and motivation and develop team members.
To select, recruit and vet employees in alignment with Company and Client policies, terms and conditions, and be accountable for their induction and ongoing training and development.
To ensure that all additional deep clean work is planned, delivered and Audited on completion.
To ensure that all necessary resources, materials, and machines are available and on site and maintained.
To adherence to all Company Health and Safety policies, procedures and instructions and to confirm their effectiveness through planned Health & Safety audits and regular reviews.
Ensure that contracts are operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and is regularly audited monthly Inspect the facilities regularly to ensure a high standard of work is maintained.
Required Experience Have previous cleaning experience, with excellent knowledge of cleaning materials and techniques.
Have a confident and flexible approach, with previous experience managing and directing cleaning and facilities staff. xwzovoh
Be highly organised and be able to schedule cover staff where needed.
