Internal Sales Executive Permanent role Office based position £28,000 - £32,000 Thruxton We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Internal Sales Executive on behalf of our client to join their team. This client supplies pre-insulated pipe systems to installers, heating designers and contractors working in the heating and construction sectors. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and develop strategic partnerships that align with the company's goals. Full Time:Monday to Friday 07:30 till 17:00 Part time hours also available Duties * Calling through target lists, following up and keeping record * Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using CRM software and Salesforce tools * Follow up outstanding quotes and live opportunities to convert them into orders * Contact existing trade customers to check in, identify upcoming projects and strengthen relationships * Identify and purse new business opportunities among installers, heating designers and contractors by phone and email * Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within CRM systems Experience * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing client data and sales processes * Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively * Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels * Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and overcoming challenges * Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape is a plus Join our client to be part of an energetic team committed to growth, innovation, and success!
