Machine setter

Senior Sakmon is looking to recruit a Setter to join our client based in Kirkby in Ashfield

- NG17 •To remove tools from machines as required.

•To carry out clean down procedures.

•To install tools and ancillary equipment and prepare for operations.

•To carry out Condition Setting procedures to stated performance and product specifications.

•To carry out Daily Guard Inspections and record the outcome.

•To make ongoing machine setting adjustments as necessary to achieve quality and output standards.

•To carry out the role of other team members as required.

•To work alongside other team members to maintain effectiveness of team and area performance.

•To work with the Lead Setter and team members to identify specific team and work area problems and assist in implementation of improvement plans.

•To communicate with the other team members of the area on performance, problems, or improvement areas.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience •Working towards or have achieved NVQ level 3 Tool Setting or above.

•Must have completed basic introduction to injection moulding or equivalent.

•Completed a recognised tool hanger course.

•Completed tool slinging and tool lifting course. xwzovoh

Pay £19ph Hours: Minimum 24 hours working Saturday and Sunday 6pm
- 6am.

Flexible with any hours above.
