Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will operate in a standalone capacity, partnering with stakeholders across international offices while providing both strategic HR support and hands-on operational delivery.

The successful Bilingual HR Manager (EMEA & Africa) will play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices across a diverse global workforce, supporting business growth while maintaining compliance with local employment requirements and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on employee relations, performance management, HR policies and employment matters.
• Support HR operations across the UK and multiple African jurisdictions, coordinating with local advisors and external counsel where required.
