Temporary Medical Receptionist £12.71 per hour We are looking for an experienced and reliable receptionist to join a hardworking, friendly team on a temporary basis. Responsibilities as a Temporary Medical Receptionist * Front of house based * Meeting and greeting incoming visitors * Managing queries in a professional manner * Booking and amending appointments and handling queries * Answering a high volume of incoming calls * Managing patient queries in a professional and empathetic manner * Updating patient records accurately * Supporting the wider reception and admin team as needed Desirable skills of a Temporary Medical Receptionist * Previous reception or customer‑facing experience (medical setting preferred) * Strong communication and organisational skills * Confident using computer systems * Ability to remain calm under pressure If you’re friendly, efficient and ready to support a busy team we’d love to hear from you.
