As a Real Estate Finance Associate in Manchester, you'll handle legal work related to property financing, supporting clients with their transactions and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role plays a key part in delivering expert legal advice within the professional services industry.

Our client's Real Estate Finance team is looking to recruit a talented associate solicitor to support a growing and dynamic practice. This role will provide the opportunity to work on a broad range of transactions while developing technical expertise and commercial awareness within a supportive team environment.
Description
As a Real Estate Finance Associate your duties will include:
- Acting on a range of real estate finance transactions for lenders
- Assisting on larger, more complex deals and managing smaller transactions independently
- Drafting facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation
- Supporting detailed property due diligence processes and transaction management
- Supervising junior team members (NQs and paralegals)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and cross-referral opportunities
Profile
A successful Real Estate Finance Associate should be/have:
- Qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in real estate finance and/or commercial property
- Strong technical ability in commercial property and landlord and tenant transactions
- Demonstrates commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Keen to develop client relationships and professional profile

- Willingness to learn and contribute to team success
- Able to demonstrate leadership qualities
Job Offer
- Salary range: £61,000 to £67,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Hybrid working arrangements for flexibility.
- Bonus scheme available.
