Consultant Neurologist Job Title: Consultant Neurologist Location: North East Contract Type: Locum Salary: £ 100 - £110 per hour Job Type: Full time Job Summary We're recruiting an experienced Consultant Neurologist to deliver consultant‑led neurology care within NHS services. This locum role focuses primarily on outpatient activity, supporting the assessment, diagnosis and management of patients with a broad range of neurological conditions. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with nursing staff, allied health professionals and medical colleagues to deliver safe, effective and patient‑centred care. The role suits consultants who are confident working autonomously within NHS systems and pathways, and who value structured clinical practice. About You You're a GMC‑registered Consultant Neurologist with strong experience delivering neurology care at consultant level within the NHS. You work confidently in outpatient settings, communicate clearly and value multidisciplinary collaboration. You bring a calm, professional approach to clinical practice and are committed to maintaining high standards of patient safety, clinical quality and governance within neurology services.
