Reference: Job ID: Posted: Closing date: Location: LondonSalary: 60,000-62,000 + 5,040 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits (per annum)Job type: PermanentWorking pattern: Full timeIndustry: ConstructionCompany: HaysConsultant: Tommy BowderyHays office: London-Central — 4th Floor, 107 Cheapside,Phone: Email: : Central London Hays Facilities Management are delighted to be working with a leading FM and Building Services organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of a prestigious Hard Services FM contract in Central London.This is an excellent opportunity for a proven FM professional with a strong building services background to take ownership of contract performance, compliance, client relationships and operational delivery across a high-profile portfolio.Your New RoleAs Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, budget expectations and operational KPIs.Key responsibilities will include:Leading and managing directly employed engineering and building services teams.Ensuring contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.Overseeing all Hard Services FM operations, maintenance programmes and compliance activities.Driving Health & Safety, environmental and quality performance across the contract.Managing resource planning, recruitment and workforce requirements.Leading client meetings, audits and performance reviews.Managing risk registers, F-Gas compliance and asset replacement programmes.Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.What You'll Need to SucceedMinimum 5 years' experience managing Hard Services FM contracts.Strong technical understanding of building services engineering.Previous experience managing commercial office environments or multi-site portfolios.Experience leading engineering teams and subcontractors.Knowledge of statutory compliance, H&S legislation and FM best practice.Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Relevant technical and/or management qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, HNC/HND, IWFM or equivalent desirable).What You'll Get in ReturnSalary circa 60,000-62,000 per annum5,040 Car AllowancePrivate Medical Insurance (BUPA)28 Days Annual Leave plus Bank HolidaysGenerous Pension Scheme with up to 9% Employer ContributionCareer progression opportunities within a market-leading organisationOpportunity to manage a prestigious Central London contractWhat You Need to Do NowIf you're interested in this opportunity, click 'Apply Now' to submit your CV, or contact Tommy Bowdery at Hays Facilities Management for a confidential discussion.#LI-DNI # - Tommy Bowdery
