About the role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present menu items to the highest standards Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety within the kitchen Carry out and record daily temperature checks for hot and cold food, storage areas, and deliveries Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing procedures during and at the end of shifts Support colleagues and contribute positively to a busy kitchen environment Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations at all times Undertake additional duties as required by the Head Chef or management team Requirements Previous experience working in a similar chef role is essential Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organised, and able to use initiative Excellent teamwork xwzovoh and communication skills Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is essential NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Catering or equivalent qualifications would be advantageous, although strong practical experience will also be considered This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to develop their career within a professional kitchen environment.
