Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme Test Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing large-scale system integration projects within the smart metering realm. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive background to lead a team of over 30 offshore resources, ensuring seamless project delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the successful delivery of smart metering programmes or comprehensive test initiatives.
Manage large-scale system integration efforts, integrating all components within the broader system architecture.
Direct and coordinate a diverse team of more than 30 offshore resources to achieve project milestones.
Develop strategic plans aligning with both organisational goals and client requirements.
Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions proactively.
Foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels. 
Qualifications:

Proven experience in smart metering projects.
Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale system integration projects.
Successful track record of leading a team of 30+ offshore resources.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
