Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)

Our client is looking for a Customer Service advisor (Part Time), based in Port Solent Marina. This role will be primarily office based but will also include some outdoor working and is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a fast paced and friendly team on a busy marina. Candidates must be able to demonstrate:  Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service A good understanding of enquiry and sales handling Ability to learn and use computer software systems “A can do” attitude and flexible approach to teamworkThis is a seasonal position with hours worked across the year to reflect the needs of the business: Average of 26.25 hours per week across the year Summer season (April–September): typically around 4.5 days per week on a rota Winter season (October–March): typically around 2.5 days per week on a rotaExperience and a knowledge of boating would be beneficial but not essential as training, where required, will be given.
