Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager / Project Manager We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to manage the final stages of a commercial refurbishment project. You will make sure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Main Duties * Manage the day-to-day running of the site. * Supervise subcontractors. * Make sure health and safety rules are followed and everyone wears the correct PPE. * Keep the site clean and organised. * Ensure work is completed on time and to a good standard. * Report progress to the office, including photos. * Carry out quality and safety checks. * Read and follow technical drawings. * Solve any issues that arise on site. * Sign off completed work. Requirements * Experience managing commercial construction or fit-out projects. * Full UK driving licence and own vehicle. * Good communication and organisational skills. * Able to solve problems and work independently. * Knowledge of construction health and safety. * CSCS Construction Manager Black Card. * SMSTS. * First Aid at Work. Location Initial project based in Peterhead, AB42. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Required Licences/Certifications * Full UK Driving Licence * First Aid at Work * CSCS Construction Manager Black Card * SMSTS
