Registered Manager

We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead an Oftsed regulated Supported Accomodation service for 16+, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.

Requirements:

• Management experience within young people's residential services

• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)

• Excellent working knowledge of Children's Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children's Act 2010

• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
