What you will do Conduct assessments of speech, language, and communication needs and provide feedback to the team.

Develop and implement individualised therapy programmes tailored to the needs of each young person, ensuring they achieve their fullest potential.

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to create integrated learning and therapeutic environments.

Provide support and training to educational staff to ensure therapeutic approaches continue consistently.

Engage with families and carers to provide advice and support tailored to each young person's communication needs.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports for the benefit of ongoing clinical evaluation and assessment.

Requirements Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with relevant professional registration.

Experience supporting children and young people with special educational needs, including autism.

Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Commitment to delivering high-quality therapeutic support and achieving positive outcomes for young people.
