A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the confidence to embrace new challenges are essential for success in this role.Main DutiesOversee all day-to-day finance department functions, including:Daily bank processing and reconciliations including updating invoice discounting schedulesWeekly and monthly sales invoicing using Sage 50 and management systemDaily purchase ledger processingCredit controlMonthly Payroll reconciliationsLead, manage and mentor junior members of the team.Develop and maintain strong working relationships.Provide and co-ordinate information for all external auditorsDrive cash flow to maximise available cash.Assist in production of annual financial statements.Skills/abilities and AptitudeAnalytical and Strategic thinkerStrong leadersh...
