Operating predominantly in London and the South East, with an established presence in Birmingham and the Midlands, they have cultivated strong partnerships with some of the UK’s leading contractors.About the role: My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oversee and manage a Groundworks and RC frames project from planning through production and delivery, ensuring it is  completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.About the responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and deliveryInterpret technical drawings, specifications, and fabrication requirementsCoordinate across engineering, procurement, workshop, and site teamsManage suppliers, subcontractors, and material logisticsEnsure compliance with health & safety, quality, and industry standardsTrack costs, manage risks, and maintain project profitabilityProvide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and clientsLead and supervise fabrication teams, project staff, and coordinatorsAllocate resources effectively and ensure team productivityMentor and develop team members, promoting skills growth and performanceFoster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to proceduresDrive accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvementAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, demonstrating leadership and decision-makingAbout the Requirements:Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and deliveryInterpret technical drawings, specifications, and fabrication requirementsCoordinate across engineering, procurement, workshop, and site teamsMonitor fabrication progress and resolve technical or production issuesManage suppliers, subcontractors, and material logisticsEnsure compliance with health & safety, quality, and industry standardsTrack costs, manage risks, and maintain project profitabilityProvide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and clients
