Blue Arrow has exciting new Permanent opportunity for a Chef Manager near Surbiton - IMMEDIATE START
Working days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7am to 3.30 each day
Excellent Annual Salary, with paid Overtime
Looking for a Chef Manager with the following skills:
Business and Industrial Catering Experience a key skill.
Knowledge and ability to run your own kitchen independently and effectively
Looking after a team of 2 Front of House staff and 1 Back of House Staff
The ability to delegate tasks appropriately
Strong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skills.
Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and worldwide cuisines
Awareness of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Hygiene Level Three Certification (or happy to complete)
Good communication with all members of the team
