Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Mobile Engineer to join our team at our busy concrete equipment company based in Herefordshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete equipment and general machinery/plant repairs or with a background in Agricultural or HGV maintenance and repair knowledge.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate must possess a full driving license and be willing to travel and work away during the week when necessary.

Experience in welding/ fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on concrete equipment. Including Diesel Engines, Hydraulics, Gearboxes, Motors and Electrics
- Travel to customer sites to provide on-site service and support.
- Collaborate with the team and work independently as required.
- Make sound decisions to ensure the quality of customer service.
- Maintain a flexible and reliable work schedule.

- Use of Mobile app to create job reports.
- Conduct welding, fabrication, and machinery/plant repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

- Experience in machinery/plant repairs.

-Welding and fabrication experience desirable.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel and work away.
- Flexibility, reliability, and self-motivation.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Understanding of the importance of quality customer service.
- CSCS and Health and Safety qualifications are desirable but not mandatory (training will be provided).
