As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all F&B operations, driving performance, profitability, and service excellence.
You will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's reputation, inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and events Lead, develop, and motivate management and service teams Drive revenue, control costs, and manage departmental budgets Ensure exceptional guest service and uphold luxury brand standards Manage staffing levels in line with business needs and payroll targets Oversee stock control, purchasing, and cost of sales performance Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events team on menus and service delivery Lead function meetings and ensure flawless event execution Be present during peak service times, ensuring operational excellence Deputise for the Director of F&B when required Training & Compliance Deliver structured training programmes to maintain high service standards Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and employment legislation Maintain outstanding hygiene, presentation, and operational standards Ideal Candidate Leadership xwzovoh experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams Why Join Us?
