About the role

Orkney Islands Council in Kirkwall is seeking an Employability Keyworker to plan, develop and deliver personalised employability support for individuals and groups. The role is based at Council Offices, Kirkwall, 35 hours per week, temporary up to 31 March 2027, with potential flexible working arrangements where possible.

You will report to the Team Manager (Adult Learning & Employability) and may be required to work unsocial hours on a rota.
